Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: March 31, 2026. This policy is part of the AppWizard Terms of Service. By using AppWizard, you agree to both documents.

The Short Version

We built AppWizard to help everyday people bring creative, useful, and positive ideas to life. Magic should be used for good. This policy explains what kinds of apps and uses are not allowed on our platform. If you're using AppWizard honestly and thoughtfully to build something that helps people, you have nothing to worry about.

1. You Are Responsible for What You Build

AppWizard provides the tools, craftsmanship, and platform. You are solely responsible for your app - its content, functionality, how it's deployed, and how it affects the people who use it. We do not review apps for legal compliance, safety, or suitability before or after delivery.

Submitting an app request to AppWizard does not transfer any legal or ethical responsibility to us. You remain the owner and operator of your app and are responsible for it in full.

2. What You May Not Use AppWizard For

3. We Don't Review or Endorse Your App

AppWizard does not pre-screen, review, monitor, or endorse any app we build on your behalf. The fact that we built your app does not mean we have reviewed it for legal compliance, safety, or any other standard. You are the publisher and operator of your app.

If we become aware - through any channel - that an app built through AppWizard is being used in violation of this policy or any law, we reserve the right to take action, including notifying you, suspending hosting, or involving law enforcement.

4. Enforcement

AppWizard reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any app request that appears to violate this policy, with or without providing a reason
  • Suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated this policy
  • Disable or remove hosted apps that are reported or discovered to be in violation
  • Cooperate fully with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or courts as required by law

We will try to act fairly and contact you before taking action where possible and reasonable to do so, but we reserve the right to act immediately where necessary to prevent harm.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of an app built through AppWizard that appears to violate this policy or any applicable law, please let us know immediately:

support@appwizard.shop

Please include as much detail as possible. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our platform evolves and as laws change. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of AppWizard after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
